To join the NanoScience and Materials Industrial Affiliates program, please fill out a Membership Application.

The main objective of the NSTC/AMPC Industrial Affiliates Program is to build strong, mutually-beneficial partnerships that support the mutual needs of industry and academia in materials and nanoscience research, development, and education. This is accomplished by providing effective mechanisms for technical exchange and collaboration. Membership will provide:

  • Close interactions with our faculty, each of whom are leaders in the competitive fields of materials and nanoscience
  • Exposure to the latest research and developments in cutting edge technologies
  • Early notice of students approaching graduation (the next generation of experts in the field)
  • An opportunity for free tabletop exhibit space at our annual NanoFlorida event
  • Several Web-based benefits, including a link to your company’s website from the websites of both NSTC and AMPAC and ability to post your job openings on our website (exclusive benefit for IA members)
  • Membership certificate or plaque for display in your facility
  • Preferred access to sophisticated measurement, test, and fabrication facilities including the Materials Characterization Facility (MCF) and the Advanced MicroFabrication Facility (AMF)
  • For companies who donate equipment, the equipment will be in the hands of some of the leading nano and materials researchers for expert evaluation. It also increases the visibility of your products to future consumers of those tools and systems.
