Application Requirements


Check the UCF Catalogue below for specifics but see the example below for Due Dates for a Fall admission:

  • Application Due Date for U.S. students for Chemistry M.S. and Ph.D.: July 15
  • Application Due Date for U.S. students for Physics M.S. and Ph.D.: June 15
  • Application Due Date: January 15 (for international students for both Chemistry and Physics)

The NanoScience Technology Center offers a Master of Science in Nanotechnology as well as a Professional Science Master’s in Nanotechnology. Application Procedure


  • Go to the University of Central Florida Graduate Studies Website and look around.
    • Look for the Future Students Menu
  • Click on Applying for Graduate School
    • Look for the Applicants Menu
  • U.S. Applicants: Click on U.S. Applicants
  • International Students: Click on International Applicants.
  • Fill out the Graduate on-line application ($30 US non-refundable application fee)
  • Send official copies of your transcripts to the University of Central Florida Graduate Studies

  • Submit your Entry Essay/Goal Statement in the Graduate on line application

Have your scores for the Graduate Research Examination (GRE) send by the testing site/agency directly to the University of Central Florida Graduate Studies.
