Congratulations to Jayan Thomas for his promotion to Associate Professor with tenure. He holds a joint-appointment with CREOL and MSE.
Thomas’ research interests revolve around developing nanoarchitectured energy conversion and storage devices, developing photorefractive polymers with improved sensitivity and studying the optical limiting properties of core-shell plasmonic nanostructures. He also heads the UCF Nano Energy-Photonics Group.
