Josie Lorenzo won the $2,500 Northrop Grumman Spring 2015 Engineering Scholarship. The scholarship presents two major awards of $2,500 each and two secondary awards of $1,000 each for undergraduate students in the College of Engineering & Computer Science each fall and spring semester.
Lorenzo is an undergraduate student studying Photonic Sciences and Engineering. She currently works as an undergraduate researcher at the Nanoscience Technology Center and is part of the Nano Energy-Photonics Group headed by Jayan Thomas, Ph.D.
