Saiful Khondaker is a winner of UCF’s 2014-2015 Research Incentive Awards. The UCF RIA program honors faculty whose research has substantially contributed to a body of knowledge or significantly influenced a field of study.
Khondaker is an Associate Professor with joint appointments in the NanoScience Technology Center and Physics departments. His research focuses on the fabrication and electron transport properties of nanoscale electronic devices.
