David Reid, a Ph.D. student in Dr. Sudipta Seal’s research group, won 2 very prestigious awards at the 59th AVS Meeting held in Tampa. David was named a winner of the overall AVS Graduate Research Award. This award was given to 8 students, national and international, for their contributions in research.
David also won the AVS Nanoscience Division Student Award. He advanced through 3 final presentations and interviews to win these awards.
