Technology is great, but how does it impact the environment? On December 15, students and faculty from UCF’s NanoScience Technology Center presented NanoFest Florida, a community awareness event regarding the emerging field of nanotechnology.
The event, held at the Alafaya Branch Library, featured posters and discussion highlighting some of the latest nanotechnology-enabled consumer products. These items are already available in the market and available for use in everyday life.
NSTC representatives demonstrated how new technology can have a positive impact on the environment and individual lives.
