Torus Washington won the Delores A. Auzenne Fellowship from the Office of Graduate Studies.
The fellowship is available for new and continuing graduate minority students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and provides a yearly stipend of $5,000.
Washington obtained his B.Sc. degree from Georgia Tech in 2015 and joined the M.S. in Nanotechnology program in Fall 2015. Torus is currently working for Dr. Andre Gesquiere.
