Development of high resolution microscopy and spectroscopy tools to advance the level of understanding of the behavior of materials and complex systems based on morphological, subsurface, physical and chemical properties at the nanoscale.
Current systems of interest: 2D materials, nanoarchitectured materials and devices, biomaterials, nanoparticle-cell interactions.
